Terms of Sale

How buying Phaseburn One works — pricing, payment, delivery and your rights.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Scope

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase of Phaseburn One made through phaseburn.music from Phaseburn Music, operated by Pavel Burylichev, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, registration no. 305617758 (Leo and Nodar Gabunia Street 39, Unit 103, Tbilisi, Georgia; please also email a copy of any postal correspondence to contact@phaseburn.music) (“we”, “us”). License sales open on October 15, 2026. Using the free beta build itself involves no purchase and is governed by the EULA and the beta terms on /download.

Use of the software itself is governed by the End-User License Agreement. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The product

Phaseburn One is a software instrument — VST3 · CLAP · macOS · Windows. What you buy is a license to use the software under the EULA, delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped, and nothing is a subscription.

Pricing

Phaseburn One costs €149 as a one-time payment. For EU consumers, prices are displayed including VAT at your local rate; the total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Prices for business customers and customers outside the EU may be shown net of tax where the law allows.

We may run time-limited discounts. The price shown at checkout at the moment of purchase is the authoritative one.

Payment methods

Card payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the payment and any applicable VAT and appears on your statement; your card details go to Paddle directly and never touch our servers. When you buy, your contract for the sale is with Paddle, and their buyer terms apply alongside these. Your statutory rights (sections 06 and 07 below) are unaffected — see Refunds & Right of Withdrawal.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant. Once payment is confirmed you receive a download link on-screen and by email, together with your license key. If the email does not arrive, reach us via the contact form and we will re-send it.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. For digital content supplied by download, that right ends once delivery has begun with your express prior consent. We implement this exactly as the law intends:

Before download you will be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal; without that consent, delivery waits 14 days.

The practical route for exercising withdrawal, and everything else about refunds, is on the Refunds & Right of Withdrawal page.

Conformity and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content. If the software does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have the lack of conformity remedied, to a proportionate reduction of the price, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund. These rights apply regardless of how you paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the competent courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain applicable regardless of the chosen law.
